  3. Description:    tidy - Tidy up log file(s) created by syslogd

  5.                 Tidy cleans up the file created by the syslogd daemon. 
  6.                 For a system operator it is a bothersome job to sort out the 
  7.                 interesting (sometimes alarming) entries from a pile of 
  8.                 standard entries. Statistics are performed on the
  9.                 removed entries and can be printed as ASCII or HTML.
  10.                 Tidy recognizes different services (e.g. in.telnetd), is
  11.                 versatile and easy to configure.
